We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing potential clients and industries.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Present products and services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and performance.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
